Straight to your own payment account. Card payments go to your own account with Stripe, Ziina or a payment provider of your choice, so we never hold your customers' money. Stripe and Ziina are included; we connect another provider as an add-on. Cash on delivery and orders on WhatsApp are included too. Card fees are charged by the payment provider and come out of your sales. Our own 1% fee on card orders is separate and billed afterwards.
On card orders, yes: 1% of each card order placed through your store, plus 5% VAT on the fee. If a shopper pays AED 100 by card, you owe us AED 1, plus AED 0.05 VAT. It applies on every store plan and the Order basket. Orders paid through Tabby or Tamara count as card orders. Cash on delivery and WhatsApp orders carry no fee. We never take it out of the payment: we bill it afterwards on your hitych invoice. A refund or a cancelled card order gives the fee back as a credit on your next invoice.
The store platform, hosting, security, updates, support and your monthly edit requests are all in one fee. There are no separate platform, theme or app subscriptions to add up. The 1% fee on card orders is separate.
Yes, on every store plan. You manage your own products and content, and you can also send changes to us as edit requests.
No. You set delivery zones and fees per emirate or area, or offer pickup, and deliver with your own team or courier. Plus can connect the store to your stock, accounting or point of sale systems.
