The terms, up front

Prices include 5% VAT.
Nothing starts until your payment has gone through.
12 month minimum term from sign-up, then monthly with 30 days' notice.
Leaving before 12 months costs 2 months' fees.
Cancel free within 7 days of your first payment. We keep only the cost of a domain already registered for you.
Online stores and the Order basket also pay hitych 1% of each card order, plus 5% VAT on the fee, billed afterwards on your hitych invoice. Tabby and Tamara orders count as card orders. Cash on delivery and WhatsApp orders carry no fee, and a refund or a cancelled card order gives the fee back.
Pay a year in advance and get 12 months for the price of 10.
Your domain, content and app store accounts are in your name. After 12 months you may take your site with you, free; before that you may buy it out.
Your plan covers one domain up to AED 47.51 a year including VAT. The difference on a dearer one is charged first: if the card is declined, nothing is registered and nothing is charged. We remind you 30 days before a renewal that costs more than the allowance, and take the difference before the renewal date.

Which plan should I choose?

Minimum suits a business that wants a professional site that brings enquiries and is happy to send changes to us. Business suits a business that wants to update its own content and blog. Growth suits a business that competes on search or takes bookings. Tell us what you do and we will recommend one.

How does the launch offer work?

Sign up for any website plan by 31 March 2027 and you pay half the monthly fee and half the setup fee for as long as your subscription continues. Paying yearly? You pay half the yearly price. Moving up to a bigger website plan keeps the 50%. Add-ons are charged at full price. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the normal price.

Can I edit the site myself?

On Business and Growth you edit your own text, images and blog, and change the order of sections. On Minimum you send changes to us as edit requests. On every plan we handle the layout, so the site keeps working well on phones.

How long does it take?

5 working days for Minimum, 7 for Business and 15 for Growth, counted from when we have your complete content. We do not launch with placeholder text.

What happens after 12 months?

Your plan continues monthly with 30 days' notice. You may also take your site with you at no cost.
