hitych is a brand of CharCentric Technology Solutions L.L.C - O.P.C ("we"), which is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions and requests go to hitych@charcentric.com.

What we collect

Only what you send us. Through the enquiry form: your name, email address, and, if you add them, your business name, phone number, the plan you are interested in and your message. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send that way.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and to follow up about it. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your details for marketing.

How the form works

• The website does not store your enquiry. It is sent as an email to our mailbox through Resend, an email delivery service.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and checks that the form is sent by a person (Cloudflare Turnstile). To protect the form from abuse, your connection's IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions; it is not stored with your enquiry.
• These providers may process data outside the UAE, under their own data protection terms.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or analytics trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to answer you and, if you become a customer, to serve you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email hitych@charcentric.com and we will reply within 1 working day.
