The terms, up front

Prices include 5% VAT.
Nothing starts until your payment has gone through.
12 month minimum term from sign-up, then monthly with 30 days' notice.
Leaving before 12 months costs 2 months' fees.
Cancel free within 7 days of your first payment. We keep only the cost of a domain already registered for you.
Online stores and the Order basket also pay hitych 1% of each card order, plus 5% VAT on the fee, billed afterwards on your hitych invoice. Tabby and Tamara orders count as card orders. Cash on delivery and WhatsApp orders carry no fee, and a refund or a cancelled card order gives the fee back.
Pay a year in advance and get 12 months for the price of 10.
Your domain, content and app store accounts are in your name. After 12 months you may take your site with you, free; before that you may buy it out.
Your plan covers one domain up to AED 47.51 a year including VAT. The difference on a dearer one is charged first: if the card is declined, nothing is registered and nothing is charged. We remind you 30 days before a renewal that costs more than the allowance, and take the difference before the renewal date.

Why do I need a website or store plan first?

The app shows the content of your website or store, so you update one place and both stay in step. That is also why App Minimum needs no edit requests of its own.

Whose name is the app published under?

Yours. Apps are published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, which cost USD 99 a year with Apple and USD 25 once with Google, paid directly to them. We prepare the store listings, submit the app and answer the reviewers' questions.

How many notifications can I send?

4 a month on Minimum and 12 a month on Business. Automatic messages about bookings, orders and loyalty points do not count towards the limit.

How long does it take?

10 working days for Minimum and 20 for Business, counted from when we have your complete content, plus the time Apple and Google take to review the app.

What happens when Apple or Google change their rules?

We update and resubmit your app for new iOS and Android versions and store rule changes. It is included in every app plan.
