My story
I grew up in Sharjah watching my mother cook for whoever came to the door. In 2019 I filmed her harees recipe on my phone, mostly so I would not forget it. Strangers started asking for more.
Now I cook at home for a few hundred thousand people. I show the food as it really is, including what goes wrong, and I only work with brands I would use in my own kitchen.
