How we work

From the first visit to the handover.

  1. Site visit

We see the plot or the house and listen to what you need.

  2. Drawings and a fixed price

Our engineers prepare the drawings and a priced list of works.

  3. Permits and build

We handle the municipality approvals and send photos every week.

  4. Handover

We walk through the villa with you and stay on call for 12 months.

What a villa quote should include

Two quotes can look alike and cover very different work.

    Read the article

Check the structure, MEP, finishes and landscaping line by line, with named materials. Ask what is excluded. A short exclusions list is worth more than a low price.

    Stage payments, done fairly

Pay for work done, not for promises.

    Read the article

Tie each payment to a stage you can see, such as the slab or roof. Keep a final sum until the snag list is cleared.

    Building in the summer

Heat changes how a site must work.

    Read the article

Concrete and crews both need care in high summer. Ask how your contractor handles pouring times, curing and midday breaks for workers.

Common questions

Do you work outside Abu Dhabi city?

Yes. We build across the emirate, including Al Ain and Al Dhafra.

How long does a new villa take?

Most villas take 12 to 16 months from permit to handover.

Can we pay in stages?

Yes. Payments follow the stages of the build, so you pay for work that is done.
