  2. Pay 30% to hold it

    By card or in instalments. The rest on arrival.

  3. Get your guide

    Directions, house rules and the door code on WhatsApp the day before.

  4. Check in from 3pm

    Check out by 12pm. Call us any time during your stay.

We photograph it, list it, welcome the guests and clean after every stay. You see every booking and get paid each month.

House rules and questions

Are weekend prices different?

Friday and Saturday nights cost about 20% more. Stays of a week or more get 15% off.

Is there a deposit?

A refundable deposit of SAR 500, returned within 3 days after check-out.

Who can book?

Families only. Please tell us the number of adults and children when you book.

Do prices include tax?

Yes. Every price on this site includes 15% VAT.
