Our approach

Plain words, agreed fees, no surprises.

Every matter has one lawyer responsible for it. We tell you your options and what each one costs, and we update you every week until it is closed.

Case studies

How matters like yours were resolved.

  • Companies · Family business

Three brothers, one company, no agreement

    The situation
A family business had grown for 20 years with nothing in writing about shares or who could sell.
    What we did
We drafted a shareholder agreement and a plan for handing over management, then met each brother separately.
    The result
All three signed within six weeks, with no dispute reaching court.
  • Debt recovery · Supplier

Unpaid invoices from a long-standing customer

    The situation
A supplier was owed a large sum across 14 invoices, and calls had stopped working.
    What we did
We checked the paperwork, sent a formal demand and negotiated a schedule backed by an enforceable document.
    The result
The customer agreed to pay in full over eight months, without a hearing.

Insights

Plain answers to common legal questions.

Three clauses every shareholder agreement needs

Most disputes between partners start with something nobody wrote down.

    Read the article

Agree how shares can be sold, what happens if a partner leaves or dies, and how a deadlock is broken. These are far easier to settle while everyone is on good terms.

  • 21 September 2026

Before you sign a commercial lease

A lease can outlast the business plan it was signed for.

    Read the article

Read the renewal terms, who pays for repairs, and whether you may assign the lease or end it early. Ask us to check anything unclear before you sign, not after.

  • 2 September 2026

    Ending an employment contract properly

How a contract ends often matters more than how it began.

    Read the article

Check the notice period, final pay and end-of-service amounts, and put everything in writing. Most disputes we see come from a missing document, not bad intentions.
