Electrical · Panel builder
Enclosures with a four-week deadline
- The situation
- A panel builder had a project at risk because an overseas supplier had slipped by months.
- What we did
- We checked the drawings, made a first sample in a week, then ran the batch in stages.
- The result
- All 400 enclosures were delivered in under four weeks.
Construction · Contractor
Brackets that no longer needed site fixes
- The situation
- A contractor's brackets kept arriving slightly out of size, slowing work on site.
- What we did
- We reviewed the tolerances, added a bending jig and checked first-off parts each batch.
- The result
- Site rework on those brackets stopped.

Sending a drawing we can quote fast
A clear file saves days of questions.
Read the article

Galvanised or powder-coated?
The choice depends on where the part will live.
Read the article
Galvanising suits outdoor and damp places. Powder coating gives a good finish and colour indoors. For harsh sites, ask about using both together.

Tighter tolerances cost more
Asking for ±0.1 mm everywhere can raise your price.
Read the article
Hold tight tolerances only where parts meet. Everywhere else, a looser figure is cheaper and quicker, with no loss in how the part works.
