Projects
Homes we have finished.
Villa · Al Shati
A majlis that works for 30 guests and for 3
- The situation
- A family wanted a formal majlis they could also use on quiet evenings.
- What we did
- We zoned the room with a wooden screen, low seating and two lighting scenes.
- The result
- It now hosts large gatherings and everyday family evenings, finished in 14 weeks.
Apartment · Obhur
A dark kitchen, opened up
- The situation
- A young family's kitchen had no daylight and too little storage.
- What we did
- We moved one wall, added tall cabinets and chose lighter finishes.
- The result
- Storage nearly doubled, and daylight now reaches the cooking area.

Allow for what is built in before choosing furniture. Keep about a tenth in reserve for surprises on site, and agree finishes before work begins.

Materials for Gulf heat and sun
Beautiful materials can age badly by a sunny window.

Check how fabrics and woods handle direct sun and air conditioning. Line curtains, choose sealed timber, and test samples in the room itself.
